1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 786bed ("786bed", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 786bed website located at https://786bed.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and the sports events section.

3 Account Registration

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. Eligible Games

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 786bed platform — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slots, or crash games — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform:

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 786bed reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after the closure of a market, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets that exceed published stake limits. In the event of a technical malfunction during bet placement, 786bed will investigate and apply the outcome that is fair and consistent with the platform's operational records.

Obvious Errors

786bed is not liable to honour bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous as a result of human error, data feed error, or technical malfunction. Players who systematically exploit obvious errors will have their accounts reviewed under Section 7.

In-Play Betting

Network latency or delays in data feeds may result in in-play bets being voided if they are received after a material event (such as a wicket, goal, or boundary) has already occurred. 786bed's determination of in-play bet timing is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786bed platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the 786bed platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 786bed customer support staff or other platform users.

• Circumventing self-exclusion or account restrictions through the use of a new or duplicate account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

786bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 786bed.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory instruction requiring restriction of the account.
• The account holder's death, bankruptcy, or legal incapacity.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as dormant; accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed at 786bed's discretion, with any remaining balance returned to the player's last registered payment method).

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 786bed account at any time by contacting [email protected]. On receipt of a closure request, 786bed will process any pending withdrawals, apply any outstanding responsible gaming measures, and close the account within 5 business days. Voluntary closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed immediately and take effect within hours of the request being confirmed.

Effect of Closure

On closure of a 786bed account — whether voluntary or at 786bed's instigation — any pending bets placed before closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any resulting winnings or remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, balances associated with the breach may be forfeited at 786bed's discretion.

If you believe that 786bed has suspended or closed your account incorrectly, please contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your account and the nature of your dispute. 786bed will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied following 786bed's response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channels applicable to the jurisdiction in which 786bed holds its operating licence.
